Course abstract

Students explore the many stage civil design and construction project management principles. Teaches many stage civil design and construction project management calendar graphic design with a variety of tasks in all levels of the occupational hierarchy, time, material and financial resources needed for planning and management. Teaches the construction management, legislative base, including the construction author supervision, building and site commissioning. Practical construction management is being developed with the most economical variant graphic modelling.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• Knowledge of construction project management and design of full-cycle, and practice during construction.
• Skills: develop project management need documentation, based on legislation, funding, juridical and other resources in the database. Include weather, finance and resource capacity in all aspects - the construction supervision, the construction of the building, commissioning.
• Competence: able to develop construction management documentation for any building project development stage. To be able to carry out the construction project management documentation, evaluation, inspection or optimization.
