Course abstract | |
The course gives deeper knowledge about possibilities of information and communication technologies integration (ICT) into the learning process, in relation to aims and objectives. Master students acquire skills to organize test works, developing combined evaluation system. Master students acquire skills to choose respective ICT in a concrete pedagogical situation. They get knowledge about school management software; gain insight into the electronic and interactive teaching aids and systems. Master students gain skills in working with the interactive whiteboard and its support programs. | |
Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
• Knowledge: understanding of possibilities to use information and communication technologies and about principles of an ICT choice in learning process.
Skills: to evaluate and discuss an information and communication technologies choice for the organisation of educational process; to find the pedagogical approach in solution of problems; • skills to work with different types of interactive whiteboards and software, presentation skills, skills to build and manage simple electronic teaching tools. • Competence: independently to search and analyse the information for creation of new integrated approaches; to use skills to integrate ICT for creation of interactive learning materials; the ability to consider the modern ICT impacts on learning; the ability to creatively manage the teaching work through ICT and to address the audience. |
