Course abstract | |
During studies students are getting acquainted with the term of toxic substances, toxicocinetics, the action of toxicants in the human body, the main food toxicants, poisoning substances in plants used as food, development of toxic substances during food preparation, testing and evaluation of contaminated food, control of toxicants. | |
