Course abstract | |
Students acquire knowledge about principes of healthy nutrition, menu planning and long-time nutrition planning, general nutrients for human nutrition as well as dangerous foodstufs and natural toxins; there are discussed nutrition values of food groups. The subject programme is oriented to catering and hotel sector. | |
