Course abstract
Students acquire entrenched knowledge in matters of modern, really functioning formation system in Latvia, it’s objectives and tasks. The program relates to legal arrangement of real property and improvement of formation system. Knowledge, acquired in learning process, can be used working for state and municipality institutions, in development of projects in area of real property formation, as well as for research and PhD studies.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge and entrenched understanding on general issues of formation of real property, as well as on formation of land parcels, buildings and sets of premises, and composition of real properties;
• skills without assistance to perform investigation in area of real property formation and use methods of real property formation;
• competence in collaboration with supervisor of study course to manage processing and scientific evaluation of achieved results.
