The aim of the course is to explain the basic concepts of construction industry economics, peculiarities of creation and realization of construction products, to learn the basics of pricing of construction products, to learn the methodology of compiling construction works estimates.
Knowledge and understanding of the place of the construction industry in the national economy, the trends of the industry. - presentation with presentation and 1st test
Skills: Students understand the principles of building product price formation, learn the methodology for compiling construction works estimates, and are guided by the principles of organization of procurement of construction products.
Competence: At the end of the study course students are competent in issues related to the economic problems of construction.

At the end of the study course, students receive a test for a passed report and two tests.
