Course abstract

The study course provides an insight into the multifaceted nature of the phenomena of stress and time from both theoretical and practical perspectives. By examining stress and time-management methods and techniques, students gain an understanding of the processes of stress and time management and the factors influencing them. Students are able to identify stress and its manifestations, determine their own stress level, evaluate their time-planning habits, and learn to find the stress-management and time-planning methods and techniques most suitable for their individual needs in order to develop and apply a personal stress- and time-management strategy.
