Course abstract

Students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of forestry products and lumber sales organization, a market research foundation, market strategy planning, the company business activities on the market and the price policy planning.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
• Knowledge – of forestry products and lumber sales process organization;
• Skills – analyze the market situation, evaluate it and choose only but the best market strategy;
• Competence - practically to tackle forestry products and lumber sales organization problems at the enterprice.
