Course abstract

Study course deepens of studies familiarises with the rules of perspective, its application in fine arts, drawing of simple and more complex object and different techniques. It develops imagination creative thinking in space. The man’s visual aspect, natures in large dimension (landscape) and in miniature have been studied.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knowledge: After completing the course a student knows the theory of creating drawing composition, construction, perspective and volume, understands their interconnections and application, is able to draw settings that consist of several objects, plaster details and plaster-cast head.
Skills: Student is able to construct and draw fairly complicated special settings in different perspectives with different surface textures, using various drawing techniques and their synthesis to depict objects and nature elements, objects of environment.
Competence: Students are able to creatively use their knowledge, skills and methodological abilities in professional development to prepare plans of design.
Evaluation is done throughout the course with a final evaluation. Evaluates composition, proportion, light, shape, spatiality, individual growth. Evaluating reflection of knowledge, skills and competences in drawings.

Requirements for awarding credit points
