Course abstract
Nowadays organizational quality in public sector is defined by public organizations’ knowledge and skills in project development and management – how organizations use project work implementing its strategic goals. Project development and management, understanding of EU project goals and objectives is one of the major tasks for the public organizations’ leaders. Students acquire knowledge, skills and competences on project planning, development, implementation and evaluation. Studies are organized as theoretical lectures and practical seminars. Master students develop an EU project proposal.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Knowledge on project development, management, implementation and evaluation.
Skills to develop and manage EU projects in public organizations. Competences to apply project development, management, implementation and evaluation knowledge and skills to EU projects in public institutions.
