Course abstract
Students will get their insight in the essence of business, business activities, business environment, innovation, small and medium entrepreneurship, various forms of business. Students will understand the importance of business capital and investments, will acquire practical knowledge for starting and planning their own business.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• Knowledge – about the essence of small and medium sized business activities, innovation entrepreneurship, classification of business forms, business environment and its improvement, evaluation of economic activities of a business enterprise and the planning of its activities. To acquire the understanding about the importance of the capital and investments in entrepreneurship.
• Skills – to be able to prepare the documents of establisment of a business entreprise, to discuss about the improvement of business activities, to prepare a business enterprise development plan. • Competence – knowledge and practical skills are acquired in order to analyze and evaluate enterprise business activities, to be able to evaluate the risks of entrepreneurship, and to use suitable management methods.
