| Course abstract | |
| After the study of the above subject the students become aware of the essence and subject about the planning of the activities of enterprise, the functions and structure of the business plan. The students acquire practical knowledge for to prepare of business plan and to use the planning methods. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| Knowledge about the structure, the technologies drawing out the business plan and the planning methods used. Skills - the students acquire the necessary skill to determine the necessary labour and material resources of the enterprise, to work out the marketing plan, to calculate the income and costs of enterprise. Competence – the knowledge and practical skills are acquired in order to find the most profitable and accessible compromise between the wishes and practical possibilities of the enterprise while drawing out the business plan. | |
