Course abstract
Course project is an individual work which reflects students' practical skills in research work. It is very important acknowledge such skills as observation, systematisation, data analyses and drawing down conclusions about an actual process or phenomena.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After completion of the study course, students will have:
Knowledge – on process of empirical research, methodology of sociological research and data processing approaches;
Skills – ability to obtain, summarise, process, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data; to present the results of the research; Competence – ability to conduct sociological research independently by evaluating research methodology critically and presenting the results publicly and professionally.
