Course abstract
Master students acquire knowledge, skills and competence about the philosophy of transactional analysis, key ideas. The ego-state model: Parent-Adult-Child. Transactions and strokes. Kinds of transactions. Life positions. Life script. Ways of time structuring. Games and their analysis. Rackets.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Knowledge and understanding of transaction analysis as a means of self–cognition, communication, making positive relations among individuals and groups. Skills of communication taking into account the positions of Parents, Adults, Child, time structuring and transaction types. Competence able to reflect own communication, games and life scenarios.
