Course abstract
In study course students promote development of knowledge on human individual differences in the applied communication, gender differences and roles. Students develop understanding on the diversity of communication, the nature, types and functions. Students develop understanding on life scenarios and life positions, the effect of the applied communication, peculiarities of professional development in life cycles. Students acquire the competence to assess the environmental psychological phenomenons - burnout, bossing, job satisfaction, and conflict resolution strategies.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After completing the course, student will have:
Knowledge: to be able to characterize individual psychological differences (gender, age, somatotypes, childhood experience) in business communication; to describe modern conditions on the teamwork and clientcentered actions, for organizing a positive microclimate in groups.
Skills: to be able to prescribe and modify individual professional activities influencing factors - burnout, mobbing, bossing, conflict situations. Competence: to be able to evaluate the role of knowledge in applied psychology to raise professional development and create positive psychological microclimate in the working environment, be competent to solve problem situations and to make decisions considering special knowledge in professional activities, to be able practically use and compare results of different researches in the field of applied psychology.
