Conceptions of pedagogy. Peculiarities of adult education. Pedagogically psychological aspects of labour safety studies. Methodology of labour protection training. Usage of IT in studies. Study materials, instructions and they’re composing. Organisational and study environment. Managing of study quality. Industrial-organisational and occupational psychology. Process of work, load and analysis. Psychosomatic. Stress. Burnout at work. | |
Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
Knowledge: Understanding and being able to explain the teaching methods used in labour and civil protection, the promotion of work psychology and well-being - Practical workshops, seminars.
• Skills: is able to analyse and evaluate the quality of labor protection training and the impact of psycho-emotional factors on work safety - Practical works, seminars. • Competence: demonstrates the ability to use knowledge in practice and is able to develop a non-formal education program in labor protection - Independent Home Work. |

Course Content(Calendar) | |
1 Introduction. Basic concepts. The control of the acquiring the study subject and the information sources to be used.
2 The peculiarities of adult education. Learning process, goals, interaction between teacher and student. Feedback on learning. 3 Seminar: pedagogical-psychological aspects of teaching. 4 Teaching Methods: monological, dialogical and research. Choice of method according to the specifics of labor protection. 5 Ethical and aesthetic learning conditions. Use of Information Technology. Methodological materials, instructions. 6 Small group work: presentations, evaluation. 7 Test. Assessment of course study progress and suggestions for improvement. The idea of pedagogical practice. |

The test. Cumulative assessment of semester work.
The cumulative assessment of the semester's work consists of: 1. Attendance of contact lessons. 2. Participation in workshops and seminars during classes - tests and case studies, which will be evaluated by the "pass / fail". 3. Independent home-work, what will be evaluated by the "pass / fail". |
