| The course of study contributes to develop students’ knowledge and skills about vocational education organizational progress, understanding of importance of cooperation in various aspects, understanding of personal, professional and social competence role of modern vocational teachers' in vocational training; of portfolio building; of promoting students’ achievements and growths and evaluation in accordance with today's labor market. | |

| Knowledge - and understanding of vocational education organizational progress, the importance of cooperation in vocational education, awareness of the importance of competence, students' personal and professional growth, student achievement evaluation- practical work;
Skills - to analyze, to compare and to evaluate opportunities of creating vocational education networking, skills to evaluate the importance of the portfolio in personal development dynamics, skills to engage in further education and to solve the problems within sustainable development, skills to use information technology resources in preparing presentation -an independent work; Competence - able to evaluate importance of teacher’s professional mastery functions in vocational education, able to integrate the knowledge gained in lessons; able to speak in front of an audience and do the presentation -an independent work. |

| Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes | |
| Independent works have been successfully completed and sent in due time. Successful work on work-based learning, collegial supervision presented to peers, and active involvement in collegial supervision - evaluating the performance of the students. The mark of the exam is the arithmetic mean between the two-independent works. | |
