Course abstract | |
The content of the study course includes theoretical approaches of Environmental pedagogy and Environmental education,they location and possibilities in pedagogical process, emphasizing influence of the educational environment on human personality development.Students acquire varied teaching/learning methods and working forms to integrate themes of the Environmental education in pedagogical work.The acquired knowledge, skills and competencies students use to solving environmental problems and for public involvement in environmental-friendly activities in the context of sustainable development. | |
Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
• Knowledge about the content and theoretical statements of the Environmental pedagogy and Environmental education.Understanding of the necessity of environmental awareness and environmental- friendly action of society.Knowledge about the application opportunities of different teaching/learning methods and forms of work, as well as information technology for Environmental pedagogy.
• Skills -to organize creative training and educational work for students to promote the development of environmentally friendly attitude;to use information technology opportunities to create teaching materials for the integration of the Environmental educational themes in teaching subjects. • Competence - be able to integrate creatively environmental education topics for lessons at school, using a variety of teaching/learning methods and forms in accordance with the principles of environmental pedagogy, promote environmentally friendly action for pupils in the implementation of Education for sustainable development. |
