Course abstract
To perform scientific research and to develop the bachelor’s paper accordingly with methodological guidelines of department of Food Technology.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• deep knowledge and understanding about concrete food product;
• skills: to define, critically evaluate and to approximate basic questions (theme of research, aim, tasks etc.), to select investigation and mathematical data processing methods, justifying selection; to interpret results after data processing; to make conclusions accordingly acquired results;
• competence: to perform research in bachelor work investigation collaborating with research supervisor; practically to use other research results.
