Course abstract | |
The arm of the study course to form and develop geometrical logic, three - dimensional thinking and imagination in correspondence with those notion that the content of the study course. The basic method is graphical method. Students have to be able to produce and understand technical drawing which is an international language of graphic are means of expression of creative thinking. | |
Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
• Knowledge - understands the projection method, view, and section view building principles. Knows solving methods of metric and positional tasks. Has a good knowledge of design of different geometrical shapes and its flay pattern views. Familiar with the drawings related standards (ISO, LVS, GOST, etc.). Knows the type of items and the relevant working documents and the execution sequence. Knows how to explain the drawing and add dimensional and annotation of theads, surface finish and material.
• Skills - can select the right method for solving metric and positions tasks. Knows to draw the sketches of parts, axonometric views, design part working drawings of dismountable and rigid assemblies and text documentation for ir, as well as read assembly drawings and detailing them according LVS standards. • Competence - ability to apply professional knowledge and skills of Technical drawing in practical work and studies. |
