| The II part of the course introduces to art`s styles, movements, schools and artistic`s groups of the 20 century in Europe and USA. The content of the course promotes acquirement of diverse techniques of painting, graphic and sculpture in context of the modern art. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| • Knowledge - knowledge about development of the modern arrt history in 20 th century is enlarged in the II part of the course.
• Abilities - to paint using traditional painting techniques - oil, acrylic, watercolours, pastels. To select the most apropriatable painting technique for genre - painting. To combine diverse painting tehniques. To evolve creative abilities and imagination of pupils. • Competence- to recognise modern art styles in architecture, fine arts and design. To structure pupils` comprehension about current events in the contemporary art. To integrate the principles of contemporary art. in the visul arts` lessons. To utilize the contemporary teaching methods in the art`s education for adults and children. |
