| The aim of this course is to provide students with legal aspects of market valuation of real property and other information, where are used in process of valuation. The course subjects about valuation methods of practice. Methods will be illustrated with market valuation of real property data examples. The course subjects are professional asks of valuator. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| • Knowledge - the real property market is developed, the property valuation method of characteristics of different real property market value;
• Skills - know how to apply knowledge when determining the real property market value of residential property, land property, land and building property; • Competence - independently access, select and analyze information necessary for the real property market value on the performance, and make a full assessment report. Be able to critically evaluate your own knowledge and skills, be able to respond for your own work quality. |
