| Course abstract |
| The students obtain theoretical knowledge about various documents preparation and processing, and ability to show knowledge and competence according to target audience and event. Students learn about technical writing skills - document’s quality and ability to choose best way to present information. |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment |
| Students will acquire knowledge about the writing process reference frameworks, target audiences and their determination, document readability, CV and business letters, computer documentation development and testing, as well as oral information presentation. At the end of the study course the students are able to independently use the theory, methods and solving skills to carry out research on the use of technical writing in professional communication. Students competence is to formulate independent and critical analysis of professional issues, to found decisions, and if necessary, make additional analysis of technical writing and professional communication in information technologies. |
