Course abstract
Diploma Project is final design project to receive engineering degree. Project should have design elements in the field of environmental engineering or water management. Environment protection issues especially should be stressed. Graduate student during Project defense shall be able to prove his knowledge and practical skills obtained in different university courses.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• Be able to independently develop a technical project in accordance with the initial materials, documents, the ability to carry out engineering calculations, the ability to plan the process of developing a technical project and the ability to design a technical project according to industry standards (1st pre-defence).

• The ability to use theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the specialisation selected for the development of a technical project (2nd pre-defence). The ability to present and defend the developed technical project.
• Establish the basic principles for the development of the technical project in the selected specialisation (3rd pre-defence and defending the diploma project for THE SND commission).

Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work
Students receive graduate tasks during the 8 th semester 1st week, three pre-defence and the defence of the diploma project for commission is organised.

The commission take a decision on the assessment, which is mark.
