| Students obtain knowledge about Project Management: defining project success, organizational structure, management functions, life - cycle phase, planning and management for excellence in project management. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| Knowledge: professional knowledge in development and management of medium projects, project planning, project development stages - initiation, provisory investigation, basic conception, development of detailed conception, sales phase, project implementation and financing principles. Skills - professional skills in applying project planning and management methods, developing and supervising projects, using of management structures in professional work, apply the project management computer tools. Competence – to demonstrate the acquired theoretical knowledge in project management using the acquired theoretical project management principles, initiate and analyse problems, solve them optimally, plan professionally substantiated project activities and procedures, develop projects in different fields of economics. | |
