Course abstract
The aim of course paper "Hotel Services" is to acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities of hotel service organization, mutual co-operation of staff and guest interaction processes. All the knowledge and skills to provide students an opportunity to analyze the processes and procedures of hotels.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• Knowledge and critical understanding of the theoretical and empirical issues about hotel operation. There is a basic hotel operations in processes, marketing and management issues;
• skills - is able to integrate obtained knowledge to use professional terminology. Plan, coordinate, manage and model the hotels services, and technological processes, analyze the results and formulate appropriate conclusions; • competence - is able to independently and critically analyze and formulate a systematic complex practical problems, make the hotel staff working development and process streamlining.
