Course abstract
The study course provides an understanding of the innovative application of different materials and textile technologies to design products. By experimenting and developing practical works – tablets, students acquire the knowledge and skills to combine stylistically different elements and techniques into a single product, which is necessary for the development of innovative and sustainable design products. The goal is to supplement and strengthen the acquired theoretical knowledge, developing skills for the application of various textile technologies and materials in product development.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Is familiar with the different textile technologies and the use of non-traditional materials in the creation of the design products.
Being able to apply in practice the theoretical knowledge and the textile technology acquired, in product development. Being able to evaluate and find the most relevant techniques and materials for the development of visually and functionally attractive sustainable products.
