Course abstract

The aim of subject is to get deeper knowledge of entrepreneurship external environment and of enterprise as a system, and also to get additional knowledge about different aspects of enterprise working process, including planning and management methods. Entrepreneurship course includes also all stages of enterprise’s life cycle, beginning with business birth till variants of business finishing.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knowledge: about enterprise as system; about law for business; about business in situation of economic growth and recession. Skills: to assess the business environment; to assess and constitute a business contract; to assess and and create plan of business. Competences: can apply the acquired knowledge and new innovative solutions to SME management. Able to independently formulate and critically analyze the complex business and corporate governance issues.
