Master students acquire knowledge on types of projects` risks, stages of projects` management (identification, analysis, monitoring, control, evaluation) as well as connection between risks and project management. The study course helps to develop skills of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and improves professional competencies of applying the risk management at the enterprise.
Master students get knowledge about risks in the project management, types of risks, stages of risk management - identification, analysis, monitoring, control, evaluation. The study course helps to develop skills of using of qualitative and quantitative methods as well as improves professional competence of master students to control risk management at the organization.
