Course abstract

Acquiring the studies course „Project Team Management”, the students get understanding on team, its functions, inner processes and functioning rules. The gained knowledge helps to harmonize interests of an individual and its group to develop the team work for the purpose of its aims, as well as to prevent activities obstructive factors.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• Knowledge of leadership, organize team work to ensure that the objectives are achieved. Knowledge of how to build positive relationships between team members take care of the team and motivate their overall objectives.
• Skills to involve all team members in active productive collaboration, ability to create a team identity, or a sense of unity, and this unity the ability to develop and maintain, ability to share information and delegate tasks, ability to see and develop colleagues' talents, abilities and personal qualities.
• Competence - the ability to collaborate with colleagues to promote team goals. The ability to maintain good relationships with team members, to exchange relevant information, build a shared sense of team.
