Course abstract

Project management is tool to manage project fast and effective. Project is very suitable for activities in institutions where changes are taking place. Firms, governmental and education institutions, municipalities should use basics of project management to run projects. The study of project management gives knowledge to students to use the method of project management in their future work.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
- knowledge of project writing, planning and management;
- skills to practice the obtained knowledge in preparation of project proposal;
- competence about the project writing and management.
