Course abstract

Students as a specialists of labour protection and safety form and develop their pedagogical and professional competences, including study literature and use theoretical knowledge; make observations of working environment, human behaviour in the workplace, made presentations, evaluation and assessment of working process of point from the view of occupational and organizational psychology.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• Knowledge: summarize experience on work safety studies in practice;
• skills: run workshops on work safety and assess course participants study results and carry out self-evaluation of the course and the workshops running;
• competence: evaluate teaching/learning quality and improve it; assess impact of psycho emotional factors on work safety; choose non-formal and informal kinds of education for development of one’s knowledge, skills and competence.
