Course abstract

Students obtain knowledge and applied acquirements for working in different food Production Companies, to get equainted with technological process of several kind of food production processies, construction, expluatation of food processing facilities and quality control sistems.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After the finishing this practice students will obtain the following learning outcomes:
• knowledge - about the quality management and logistic systems in the food production enterprice;
• skils - independently perform their duties in processing enterprice, to summarize the information gathered during the practice;
• competence - to analyse and expline the quality management, the critical control points and logistic systems in the food production enterprice.
