Course abstract

Students obtain knowledge and applied acquirements for working in different food production companies, to get acquainted with chemical and microbial quality control principles. Students obtain knowledge about the quality control system, the realization system of products, and the logistics system in enterprices.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After the finishing this practice students will obtain the following learning outcomes:
• knowledge - about the quality management and logistic systems in the food production enterprise;
• skills - independently perform their duties in processing enterprise, to summarize the information gathered during the practice;
• competence - to analyse and explain the quality management, the critical control points and logistic systems in the food production enterprise.
