Course abstract
The study course “Processing of Agricultural Products” give a view about processing technologies and regulations of field crop cultivation (cereals, fruit, vegetables, potatoes, sugar, rapeseed etc.) and animal breeding (milk, meat, fish) products in home craft for obtaining qualitative food.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• knowledge - theoretical knowledge and understanding about agricultural products processing technologies and regulations in home craft;
• skills - to put into practise obtained knowledge to calculate the outlay of animal and plant raw materials processing technologies in home craft;
• competence: to use proficient obtained knowledge for economic evaluation agricultural products processing in home craft.
