The wood modification, pulp, paper charcoal and other wood deep chemical processing theoretical bases of technologies are include in the present. The relationship between wood mechanical and chemical technology is demonstrated. The course illustrates also the principles of economics, ecology and standardization of this branch.
• Knowledge about chemical technologies of wood and their influence on economics and ecology, as well as on the perspectives of chemical technologies of wood progress.
• Skills to make use of theoretical knowledge into current processes and implementation of new ones, as well as to check out potential innovations.
• Competence will be developed to students to be able to collect, select, analyze and generalize the information on problems of chemical technologies of wood processing and their positive or negative influence on environment and economics, as well as to explain wood chemical technologies requirements to professionals and to explain these technologies influence to common people or clients.
