Course abstract

Students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of forestry round assortment, lumber and wood processing products (furniture, plates, carpentry, etc.) sales organization, market research, market strategy planning, competitive advantage for production, the price policy planning and advertising creation.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
Knowledge – of forestry sector products sales organization process;
Skills – analyze the market situation, evaluate it and to choose only the best market strategy;
Competence - practically to tackle forestry sector products sales organization problems at the enterprise.
