Course abstract

The objective of study course is to give students knowledge in history of development of technical measuring, classification and characteristic of measuring methods as well as measuring instruments, their classification and usage. Students obtain skills in metrological parameters of measuring instruments, measuring errors and the possibilities to eliminate them, basics of measuring instrument choice.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knowledge: in principles of quality management that is orientated of theoretical aspects of formation and methods.
Skills: to use is able to work out technical documentation for quality assurance.
Competence: is able to avail acquired knowledge into designing, marketing and production.
