Course abstract

Machine reliability as the main issue for the maintenance of machinery quality. Mathematical methods for machine safety estimation. Characteristic parameters of a distribution rule. Distribution rules for occasional values. Safety assessment of machinery systems. System for information collecting and processing. Forecasting. The latest technologies in machinery repair.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knowledge on durability of machines and units, reliability parameters after repair, skills - use of the reliability parameter calculations in practice; competence - select the most important parameters for machine reliability calculations.
