Course abstract
The aim of this course is to provide conception, tasks and significance of land use planning. Working process of land use planning. Principal requirements to be taken into consideration while forming and developing landed properties. Land consolidation.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After the end of the course student will have:
• knowledge and understanding of land relations and the role of land use planning in their formation. Knowledge of land use planning and land-consolidation methods, frameworks and meaning.
• skills to use land use planning and land-consolidation measures for sustainable land development;
• competence in decision-making and strategic management for ensuring the efficient use of land resources and planning.
