Course abstract
Object of study is to learn the basics of land management, access to the tools, resources, involved in the process, to acquire land development and planning foundations of urban and rural areas. The objectives are: to acquire land management theory, to understand the process of political, economic and legal aspects, to acquire the learning experience of land management in other countries.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After the end of the course student will have:
• knowledge and critical insight of the goals and objectives of land management, as well as the means how to achieve them;
• ability to independently assess situations related to the land use and land management;
• competence of land management on political, economic and legal aspects.
