Students acquire modern, really functioning formation system in Latvia, it’s objectives and tasks. The program relates to comprehensive preparation of real property formation specialists. In a frame of land policy competence in real property formation matters is very necessary for legal arrangement of real property. In development of the program requests of legislative Acts in field of real property formation has been used. Knowledge, acquired in learning process, can be used in practice working for State Land Service, other state and municipality institutions, as well as for private business.
• Knowledge and critical understanding on general issues of formation of real property, as well as on formation of land parcels, buildings and sets of premises, and composition of real properties.
• Skills without assistance to perform functions of real property formation and use methods of real property formation.
• Competence in collaboration with supervisor of study course to manage processing and evaluation of achieved results.
