Course abstract

The aim of this course is to provide students with concept of real property and legal transactions. The course subjects about transaction agreement of real property. Students uptake knowledge about transactions of residential real property, transactions of land real property, transactions of land and building real property and transactions of building real property. The course subjects about transactions of real property with middleman service.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• Knowledge - about real property, it’s forming objects of real property and it’s ownership, as well developed understanding of the legal transactions of real property.
• Skills - know how to apply knowledge the conclusion of the sales, rental and gift real property transactions.
• Competence - acquired knowledge and practical skills to apply purchase or the sale of real property, renting or leasing real property, presenting real property. Be able to critically evaluate your own knowledge and skills, be able to respond for your own work quality.
