Course abstract

Students acquire basic legal aspects of land tenure and real estate formation, its objectives and tasks. In development of the program requests of legislative acts to necessary knowledge in field of land use and real estate management and protection are used, because land rights is the subjacent of basic questions of economics, social and environment. Land as a legal object is analyzed connection with land legal registration, information about land and all related processes.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge and critical understanding on general issues of rights of real property, as well as interpretation of legal acts and its application procedures;
• skills without assistance to perform functions of rights of real property and to apply the relevant legal acts;
• competence in collaboration with supervisor of study course to manage processing and evaluation of achieved results.
