Information about role of business processes in organisation and business processes as a part of organisational architectures are included in the study course. Types of business processes and their interactions, business processes and business rules, and relationship between business processes and human and informational resources are discussed. Business process modelling approaches and the most popular business process modelling tools are reviewed.
• Knowledge about types of business processes, their role in organisation and modern tools and methods of its analyses;
• skills to use modern tolls of business processes modelling;
• competence working in teams or independently, of application of business process analyses methods, and organization of activities of information interchange, as well as assure the others and argue their own point of view.
