Course abstract

The purpose of the 2nd part of the bachelor's thesis is to implement all the tasks provided for in the bachelor's thesis, which are defined in the first part of the thesis development. The student completes theoretical research and literature analysis and, based on this, specifies the research or methodical approach chosen in his work. Using all the knowledge and skills acquired during the studies, the student independently conducts research, develops planned information technology objects or procedures for solving complex problems.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

As a result of the course, students:
• know the requirements for the development and design of technical documentation and scientific publications – bachelor's thesis description;
• know how to justify the relevance of the research topic, appropriately formulate goals and tasks and apply research methods - bachelor's thesis;
• are able to organize and plan their time, as well as to communicate professionally, argue and convincingly demonstrate the results related to the development of work - bachelor's thesis, defense of bachelor's thesis;

Requirements for awarding credit points

The Bachelor's thesis has been successfully evaluated by the State Examination Commission.

Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work

1. The student must independently familiarize himself with the ITF methodological rules for the development and defence of the Bachelor's thesis and ITF methodological rules for the preparation of Course theses, bachelor's theses and master's theses, as well as the calendar schedule for the development of the Bachelor's thesis.
1. The student must independently develop the tasks defined in the bachelor's thesis to achieve the set goal, regularly consulting with the supervisor.
2. The student must prepare a draft of the Bachelor's thesis, which must be prepared in accordance with the ITF methodological rules for the preparation of Course theses, bachelor's theses and master's theses, coordinated with the supervisor and submitted according to the instructions.
3. The student must prepare a presentation of the Bachelor's thesis for the pre-defence.

Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes

Successfully graded (passed) pre-defence of the bachelor's thesis.
Successfully graded (passed) Bachelor's thesis draft.
