Course abstract

The acquired skills and ability in the study course students will apply in the research work: in writing and editing term papers and Qualification paper. The students obtain knowledge about preparing big documents with the software of text processing, get skills in formatting styles, creating captions, cross references, indexes. The students work with spreadsheet processor: use it for different calculations, data aggregating and creating charts.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knowledge of the latest Office of business programs and their use for different tasks, as well as the calculation performance for the collection of information, processing, presentation of the results of the analysis, a large amount of document creation and presentation. Skills - apply text editor a lot of with the documentation, using the program’s methods and tools; use a spreadsheet for processing of economic research data, calculations, data collection and diagram creating. Competence - use of the latest information technology in support of business: get yourself, select and analyze information and use it and display.
