The course provides knowledge about the resources available to Latvia from the EU funds and programs. Are learned in the EU project development, management and implementation of requirements and skills. The course examines the project environment. Master acquainted with the EU structural requirements and regulations, implementing procedures for Latvian. The course provides knowledge on the implementation of the project logical framework matrix. The end of the course master acquire practical skills in project budgeting.
Knowledge - of attracting financial resources from the European Union offered funds to develop economies and support local business, knowledge of the legal framework for disbursing funds and the project evaluation procedure. Skills - know how to find and apply for the financial instruments to implement the project idea, constructive and logical ability to understand the legal. Competence - theoretical and practical knowledge enables the master to create their own working group to define a project by selecting the working style and methods to successfully work on the project application form, to understand the requirements of investors and customers to implement successful project output. Knowledge of useful information sources, which determines and regulates the absorption of EU funds.
