The basic principles of the research - subjectivity and objectivity. Modeling of the research - the research direction, methods, problems, quests, developments, the choice level of the theme, scientific novelty, expected results, their practical application. Consideration of the results of the interdisciplinary studies. The sources of the scientific information and the criteria for evaluating their objectivity; the scientific methods of the cognitive and data processing. Art and science as unifying and distinctive moments, based on the scientific and artistic creativity.
* Knowledge of the basic principles of structuring of the scientific study and the scientific methods of data processing; knowledge of the characteristics of the artistic subjectivity and scientific objectivity;
*The ability to assess the principles of choice of the scientific methods and their use; the ability to define the key criteria of the research, affecting the process of the preservation of the regional and national identity.
* Competence of the legal and ethical principles of the heritage of the cultural environment and development; knowledge of the forecasting capabilities of the development of sustainable environment; competence of the sources of scientific information and the criteria of assessment of their objectivity.
