Course abstract

The aim of the study course (study practice) is to provide the student with practical work skills in 3D modeling. To learn the latest methods, to get acquainted with the preparation of 3D models.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

1. Knows the sequence of 3D modeling works - activities in study practice.
2. To be able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, guided by the given task in a specific situation, to work carefully and accurately, to draw a drawing in accordance with the requirements - activities in study practice.
3. Is able to independently obtain, select and analyze information that is necessary for the performance of work in practice, and use it in accordance with the specific situation - activities instudy practice.

Course Content(Calendar)

Full-time studies:
1. Introduction to the aim of the practice, tasks
2. Exploring the idea of a 3D model
3. Drawing a 3D model
4. Preparation of the 3D model created during the internship for printing
5. Printing of the 3D model created during the internship
6. Preparation of practice report

Part-time studies:
All topics specified for full-time studies are implemented, but the number of contact hours is 1/2 of the specified number of hours

Requirements for awarding credit points

Test with a mark

Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work

During the study practice, the student develops a drawing and prepares a 3D model of a higher degree of complexity.

Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes

The student receives an assessment “Test with a mark” for the prepared study practice report in accordance with the Methodological Instructions, for the content of the study practice report, for the presentation for the defense of the practice and answers to questions about the study practice.
